My toolbox includes a BA in Psychology and Econ, a MBA from Berkeley, and an obsession for understanding what motivates people and how to build trust and psychological safety.

I have over 14 years of experience growing some of the most powerful brands in the world, including Tide, Square, Lyft, and Adobe.

Don't be fooled the big-brands on my resume; my superpower is in taking things from zero to beta, and creating a solution when there is only a problem. 

I come with hands-on experience in the full spectrum of marketing disciplines, including product marketing, brand, content, social, influencers, acquisition, retention, and product led growth

I am passionate about empowering individuals, organizations, and partners, through individual coaching, goals definition, and team building. I believe that  clarity, safety, meaning, and autonomy are at the core of building incredible organizations. 

Noa developed our end-to-end GTM strategy, and stood up bubbles’ marketing team, including product marketing, SEO, SEM, thought leadership, PR, and paid media.
